Ever since I was a young girl, I have had an interest in music and especially the PIANO. I had the privilege of studying music at a young age with Helment Tinnes and Neila Lawson. After receiving my grade 8 piano, I studied with Paul Baker and Doug Thompson and later with Cornelius Rodier at the University level. I received a Bachelor of Music Education at Western University in London Ontario. I am an Ontario Registered Music Teacher (ORMTA) as well as a member of the Canadian Federation of Music Teacher's Association. (CFMTA). Currently I am the president of the Woodstock ORMTA branch.
For the past 25 years, I have taught many students of all ages and levels in the Thamesford and Ingersoll Ontario area. Many have received music awards at local music festivals and some have moved on to study music at the university level.
I currently live on a dairy farm with my husband, Owen, and have two grown children.
